Autonomously performs complex diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients, under the supervision of physicians for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Knowledgeable in Abdomen (including transplanted organs), OB/GYN, Small Parts, Vascular (including grafts, incompetency exams, mappings), and Pediatric ultrasound required. Takes initiative to confirm the imaging orders by reviewing patient history and other clinical data. Utilizes advanced knowledge to perform diagnostic procedures/exams (in/outpatient, portable, OR, PACU, Shear Wave Elastography (SWE), Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS), and acquiring/rendering 3D images).
