Our client is a world renowned bank searching for a UK Senior Tax Manager to join its large in-house tax team in London.
As a UK Senior Tax Manager, you will report to the UK Tax Director and work alongside 20 other tax professionals in the London office. This senior position will see you collaborate and build relationships with the M&A, tax policy, and accounting teams.
A few of your responsibilities include:
Ownership of key tax forecasting, reporting, and compliance deliverables, leveraging strong technical expertise to ensure outputs are accurate, robust, and aligned with tax legislation and IFRS requirements.Ensure UK and global tax forecasting requirements are delivered effectively and on time.Manage relationships with external advisors and oversee outsourced subsidiary tax compliance, while retaining ownership of the preparation of complex tax returns.Collaborate with overseas tax teams to ensure the group’s tax p...
