We are looking for an Account Manager who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients.
Shift pattern: 8am - 4pm must be flexible with working hours

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 50+ workers to meet productivity and safety targets.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining zero lost-time incidents.Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.Liaise with clients and internal departments to meet service level agreements and client expectations.Champion adoption and usage of our product platform with team members, workers and clients.Conduct performance reviews with staff, providing coaching and support to help them meet their targets
