Job Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
Lead the UX process from discovery through delivery: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business requirements and technical constraints.
Conduct and synthesize usability tests, A/B tests, and user interviews to continuously refine product experiences.
Build, document, and maintain a scalable Design System, including components, tokens, and usage guidelines to
ensure product-wide consistency.
Communicate design rationale through well-structured presentations, annotated specs, and design reviews with
cross-functional teams.
