Position Overview
This is a remote position. UGC Lead (Creative Scale + Brand Trust Layer) Core Role: Build and scale a structured UGC + influencer system to improve brand trust, diversify creative output, and reduce over-reliance on AI-generated ads. Context / Problem to Solve: Currently ~8090% of creatives are AI-based. This creates: Potential sustainability risks (platform rejections, fatigue). Weaker brand trust and recognition. UGC pipeline is manual and limited (no systems, tools, or scale). Goal: Shift toward a balanced creative ecosystem (~50% UGC / 50% AI) while increasing overall creative volume and speed. Key Responsibilities: Build a scalable UGC pipeline (creators, influencers, affiliates). Improve and manage current UGC workflow (UGC coordinator reports into this role).
