- HPBX (Hosted Private Branch Exchange)
- MPBX (Managed Private Branch Exchange)
- Contact Centre Solutions
- WebEx
- Operator Connect
- Microsoft Teams (including Direct Connect)
- Call Recording Solutions
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with NetAxis APIO.
- Experience with BroadWorks.
- Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones.
Required Certifications
- Networking and Communication Certifications:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification
