Understand application requirements, features, and workflows by collaborating with application owners and developers. Plan, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and user experience. Develop and manage test plans, test cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Perform functional and exception testing to ensure systems operate according to specifications. Validate system enhancements and modifications prior to implementation. Identify, document, track, and report defects, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues. Prepare clear and comprehensive test documentation and reports. Coordinate and facilitate test activities to ensure successful project delivery.
