Attending and recording Client, Commercial and Progress Meetings

Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports

Preparation of Executive Cost Reports for decision making

Project coordination from inception to completion in liaison with the Design Team and Client Representatives

Preparation of Development Appraisals

Evaluation and reporting on Tenders and Contractual Issues

Examining and agreeing Interim Valuations
