Western Bainoona Group is seeking an L&D Officer to conduct training needs analysis and design bite-size training modules. This role will evaluate KPIs for training impact and coordinate training logistics.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in HR, Engineering, or Business, along with 3-5 years of experience in L&D/HR training. UAE experience is preferred, and strong skills in facilitation and content development are essential.
