Overview

The role offers to drive excellence in Customs Product and Compliance management ensuring strong commercial performance while maintaining the highest regulatory standards. Also an opportunity to influence pricing profitability and compliance frameworks in a dynamic cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

1. Owns the local Customs value proposition and pricing with a strong focus on P&L and Area customs profitability.
2. Drives margin growth and ensures customer relevance.
3. Leads the Customs compliance program across Area/country acting as the subject matter expert and owning audit readiness along with permits and licenses.

Accountabilities

1. Responsible for product performance (GP/EBIT contribution) adherence to standards (process data platform) and successful change introduction with go‑to‑market readiness.
2. Oversees regulatory monitoring and internal policy deployment.
