The Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club is seeking an inspiring, organized, and athlete-centered U14 Head Coach to join our high-performance alpine ski racing team.

At Tyee, we believe ski racing is about more than results. We strive to create an environment where athletes develop technical excellence, resilience, independence, leadership, and a lifelong passion for skiing and mountain culture. We are looking for a coach who shares that vision and is excited to help guide athletes through one of the most important stages of their development.

This role is an opportunity to lead a passionate group of U14 athletes while contributing meaningfully to the broader direction and culture of one of BC’s most respected ski racing clubs.
