A two-year full-time position as Researcher (SKO1109) with focus on clinical mass spectrometry based proteomics or computational proteomics is available at the Norwegian Coeliac Disease Research Centre, Institute of clinical medicine, University of Oslo.
The position is part of a multi-PI project split between the research groups of Professor Ludvig M. Sollid at the Department of Immunology, Institute of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Professor Knut Lundin at Oslo University Hospital and Dr. Jorunn Stamnæs at the Proteomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo.
Central to this project is the refinement of a molecular measure for gut damage developed at our research Centre, the biopsy proteome score, which converts gut tissue proteomics data to a single-value numerical score as a disease measure.
