Participate in the development and implementation of enterprise technology platforms across multiple domains such as eInvoice, Call Center, CRM, ERP, and DMS. Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements to support product development and system implementation. Work with enterprise clients across industries including retail, FB, distribution, and finance to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with clients (local and international teams) to gather, discuss, and clarify business requirements for implementing technology solutions and SaaS products.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document requirements (BRD, FRS, SRS, user stories, user guides) to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
