Role Purpose:
Deliver public and in-house training in information security, IT service management, business continuity, data privacy, and risk management. Mentor and qualify tutors, coach on modern learning styles, and uphold BSI’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Mentor and qualify new and existing tutors.
Advise on course design and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Engage with clients to propose and deliver tailored training solutions.
Act as a BSI ambassador, ensuring professionalism and ethical conduct.

10+ years in IT/ITES industry with experience in IT service operations.
