Maths and English Tutor and On-Call Team Leader Cardiff Thornhill Centre

We're looking for an experienced tutor to join our team and support the centre with Team Leader responsibilities when the supervisor and manager are not present.

The Role

Our tutors act as coaches and mentors, not just instructors, supporting each learner’s progress with care and purpose.

• Delivering lessons that last: Using our smart learning tool, Compass, you’ll deliver tailored sessions where you facilitate learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.
• Building meaningful relationships: With a 1:6 ratio you’ll get to know each child and create a safe, inspiring environment where they can take risks and develop a lifelong love of learning.
