In Kent, our approach to the Turnaround programme is to enhance our Adolescent Early Help offer by providing specialist education, training, and employment support, to maximise attendance, engagement, and attainment of a target group of children.

Were looking to recruit an Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Officer for our Turnaround team. Posts are funded by the Ministry of Justice until the end of March 2029. ETE Officers are required for the following areas: North Kent (Swale) and West Kent (Maidstone) and will be aligned to, and working alongside, the Adolescent Early Help unit in that area, and line managed by the Unit Lead.

For internal applicants, this can be a part-time secondment opportunity available for one year, working four days per week.
