Position Overview
1. Operations Planning & Coordination
Oversee TBM procurement, assembly, commissioning, and launch sequences.Develop daily and weekly work plans, coordinating with civil, mechanical, electrical, slurry, and survey teams.Liaise with subcontractors, OEMs, geotechnical experts, and project engineers. 2. Technical Oversight
Monitor all TBM components: cutter head, main drive, slurry pumps, screw conveyors, segment erector, gantries.Ensure cutter head interventions in hyperbaric and standard conditions. Supervise slurry circuit—pressure, flow, pipelines, mucking—and manage surface slurry treatment. 3. Performance & Maintenance
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance regimes to maximize TBM uptime. Maintain critical spares, consumables, and liaise with OEM support for troubleshooting. Track KPIs: advance rate, downtime, slurry co...
