Insight Global is looking for a Mission Planner supporting a Space Development Agency (SDA) project. As a Senior Operations Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing critical technical support to the team performing 24x7 Operations in Grand Forks, ND. You will primarily work regular business hours in a 24-hour, multi-satellite operations environment while occasionally working night shifts or weekends. Working in this role, you’ll gain valuable experience performing anomaly and issue resolution, troubleshooting, and identifying root cause and determining corrective actions.
