We are supporting a high‑priority government program office seeking a senior ISR leader (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) to advise on the development and fielding of next‑generation Air Moving Target Indicator (AMTI) capabilities. This role is ideal for a retired senior military officer with deep airborne ISR experience who wants to influence how future systems are designed, acquired, and operationally deployed. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to government leadership, translating real‑world mission needs into system requirements and acquisition decisions. You will work closely with program managers, engineers, contractors, and operational stakeholders to ensure airborne radar and ISR systems deliver meaningful, usable capability to the warfighter.
