Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Fixed Site Training Specialist to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role focuses on training military and government personnel on unmanned systems (UxS) and counter-UxS operations for base defense and fixed-site environments. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and training experience to help improve mission readiness and ensure these capabilities are effectively integrated into planning and operations.
Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom, hands-on, and computer-based training on unmanned systems and counter-UxS operations
Train personnel on system operations, maintenance, and base defense tactics
Support new equipment fielding and training events
Evaluate student performance and adjust training based on skill level and feedback
Simulate real-world threats to prepare teams for adversary UxS tactics
