ROLE - Relationship Manager 

LOCATION - Goregaon / Andheri /Chembur 
WORK MODEL - 6 days working from office

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Single owner of the whole process and single point of contact from offers acceptance  to registration of a Truva property
• Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process, providing assistance and resolving queries.
• Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, registrars  to ensure smooth registration

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in real estate transactions or related fields is a plus.
