We are looking for an experienced Trust Manager to lead a team of Trust and Senior Trust Officers managing a portfolio of trusts, predominantly holding offshore bonds .

The role will focus on leading, organising and motivating a newly formed team , driving high-quality service delivery, effective risk management and continuous process improvement. The Trust Manager will also be expected to proactively engage with intermediaries and stakeholders to support the development of new business streams.

This position requires strong technical expertise across trust administration, offshore bonds, legal, tax and accounting matters , combined with proven people management skills, commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
