Position Overview
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Works collaboratively with the members of the Trust Administration Department to document and execute trustee decisions. Provides operational support for daily trust administration activities and coordinates routine activities with other departments.
OUTCOMES :
- Calculate trust distributions and ensure trust transactions are processed in compliance with trustee-approved distributions and expenses, including verification that required payments are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate trust files by drafting routine administrative documents and beneficiary notifications and by delivering well-prepared client and committee meeting materials and minutes.
- Coordinate execution of workflows and routine departmental activities with other departments.
