An exciting opportunity to join a stable and established independent trust firm that provides bespoke trust services to corporate and individual clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Trust Administration, you will assist in liaising with the clients on the trust accounts including setup of accounts for new clients, working closely with compliance on the onboarding of clients and providing the necessary AML/KYC documentation, coordinating the transfer of assets, distribution of earnings, dividends etc; liaise with the beneficiaries; ensure compliance with regulatory bodies to safeguard company's interest and to undertake periodic review of trust and estates under administration.

Your Profile

You should have 5 years relevant experience in the trust industry and the relevant qualifications. Being a team player and has good interpersonal skills are critical to succeed in this role.
