Position Overview
TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally-funded student retention program that provides support services to participating income-eligible students, first-generation college students, and students with disabilities. Comprehensive programming and holistic individualized supports advance participants' academic success and personal growth, and promote a sense of community.The TRIO Student Support Services Administrative and Communication Coordinator reports to the Director of TRIO Student Support Services. Through collaborative engagement, this individual will handle the logistics of student worker supervision in the TRIO office and provide administrative support. This position requires friendly and professional communication via telephone, email, and front desk management and working with students, faculty, staff/ administration, alumni, and community members.
