• Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical - emotional support and case management inSpanish, English, and Portuguese.

• Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS ), and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts.

• Act as the clinical point of contact for our english, Portuguese and Spanish provider networks, ensuring high quality of care and compliance with local regulations.

• Maintain impeccable clinical records and documentation inSalesforce , ensuring all meets Lyra’s global standards (primarily in Spanish and English) and local legal requirements.
