A US-based law firm is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented trilingual Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely as a contractor (third-party service provider). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written). Intake, sales skills, and/or customer service skills. Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
