Robert Half Legal is partnering with a powerhouse litigation firm - specializing in business and commercial cases - seeking a trial paralegal.


Knowledge of pre-trial compliance related to court rules & procedures is a must. Please do not apply without prior trial preparation experience (and ideally, trial attendance experience). The more years of experience, the better


Responsibilities:

+ Preparing for trial: witness lists, exhibit books, binders, etc.

+ Managing eDiscovery processes and documents

+ Submitting final status conferences to the court
