Description
In this position, you will work closely with experienced trial attorneys on active, high-value cases. You will take on meaningful litigation responsibilities early in your career — not after years of support work — with a clearly defined path toward becoming a Lead Trial Attorney.


Key Responsibilities

+ Draft substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery

+ Conduct in-depth legal research that informs case strategy

+ Prepare cases for mediation and trial from the outset

+ Collaborate with expert witnesses on liability, damages, and medical issues

+ Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

+ Gradually take ownership of depositions, motion arguments, and trial components

+ Maintain all files in a consistent trial-ready posture



Compensation

+ Base Salary: $125,000 – $250,000

+ Performance Bonus: $25,000 – $100,000
