• Inspire, motivate, and manage a team responsible for determining available housing options and pathways for resolving threats of homelessness.
• Ensure professional day‑to‑day leadership and management of the effective delivery of the council’s triage and prevention service.
• Maintain accurate written records, reports, and decision letters in accordance with Part V11 Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Act 2002, HRA 2017, and the Code of Guidance.
• Keep the team and yourself up to date with legislative and case‑law developments by attending training and reading relevant updates.
