Brief Description

LJB Engineering Company is a national engineering consulting firm seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full‑time Trenchless Rehabilitation Practice Lead role. This position will support our ongoing rapid growth in tunnel and trenchless design and construction management. The successful candidate will have over 15 years working on trenchless rehabilitation projects, including both design and construction phase roles, and possess the professional and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on our firm and the clients we serve. We are looking for a motivated professional with a forward‑thinking mindset, strong analytical problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation

$175,000+ based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.
