Manage end-to-end treasury and financing functions for the group’s real estate portfolio across Malaysia.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks, financial institutions, valuers, lawyers, and external stakeholders.
Lead and manage financing activities including acquisition financing, refinancing, term loans, revolving facilities, and project financing.
Coordinate and manage pre- and post-financing matters including negotiations, due diligence, documentation, conditions precedent/subsequent, and facility utilization.
Review and negotiate financing terms, facility agreements, security documents, and covenant requirements with lenders and advisors.
Monitor and ensure compliance with financing covenants, reporting obligations, and lender requirements across multiple entities and asset structures.
