Job Title: Treasury & Banking Operations Assistant
Job Purpose
To support the Treasury and Finance function by ensuring efficient management of banking documentation, coordination with banks and authorized signatories, maintenance of banking records, execution of internal controls, and monitoring of payment processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain, organize, and scan all banking-related documents, including cheques, pay orders, bank correspondence, and supporting documents.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and signatures on banking documents from authorized signatories.
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic repositories of banking documents.
- Ensure up-to-date records of signatories' CNICs and other critical banking documentation.
