PURPOSE: 

This position exists to support treasury management, focusing on cash flow control, financial forecasting, banking relationship and optimization of payment processes mainly. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and consolidate detailed financial data required for the periodically cash flow forecast. This includes segregating operational cash, intercompany transactions, and restricted funds.


• Prepare and analyze the daily cash position across all bank accounts, ensuring optimal liquidity for operational needs.


• Develop short-term cash flow projections by analyzing trends in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) cycles to anticipate surpluses or deficits.


• Perform periodically bank reconciliations for all operating accounts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledger balances and immediately investigating and resolving any discrepancies or variances...
