Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking to hire Traveling HR Managers** for **full-time** work in **Ellendale, North Dakota** . The **pay range for this position is $40-$50 per hour.** The majority of our position **hours range from 65-75 hours a week** . We will welcome candidates open to relocation. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

**Ultimate LLC HR Managers Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact for employees and project leadership
+ Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
+ Assist with workforce communication, policy administration, and employee support
