Job Description
We are seeking a Traveling Lead Fiber Technician to join a Tiger Team that will support the stand-up of new data center fiber installation projects across key markets including Dallas, Phoenix, and Northern Virginia. This individual will play a critical role in launching projects, leading field teams, and ensuring high-quality fiber installations in fast-paced, large-scale data center environments.
This role requires 75–100% travel and strong leadership experience in structured cabling/fiber deployments.

- Provide on-site leadership for large teams of fiber technicians on new data center builds
- Help stand up new projects from early-phase deployment through execution
- Oversee fiber installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting (single-mode & multi-mode)
