We are seeking a Lead Maintenance & Robotics Technician (SMRT) to lead maintenance efforts on advanced automated systems. This role involves high-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of material handling equipment while supporting and mentoring junior technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues
+ Perform advanced troubleshooting on MHE systems and automation controls
+ Lead preventative maintenance programs and drive equipment reliability
+ Utilize CMMS for tracking, reporting, and planning maintenance work
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and OEM requirements
+ Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices
