**Type:** 3 + months, with potential for extension

**Pay Range:** $57 to $59/hr

**Location:** Coverage areas: Fort Smith, AR and surrounding area

**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

**Responsibilities of the Travel Physical Therapist:**

· Evaluate patient functional status, body systems, and physical therapy needs in accordance with CMS requirements; collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.

· Provide physical therapy services within state practice guidelines, plan of care, and interdisciplinary care team coordination.
