Shift : Two different 5x8s day shifts available. 06:00 - 14:30 or 07:00 - 15:30.

Call : 1 day during the week (15:30 - 19:00) and 1 weekend every 4 weeks (07:00 - 19:00).

Call rates : On-call: $5/hour; Call back: $95.62/hour
