Years of experience REQ: 2 years RECENT exp in this specialty 
Ratio: 1:12 *team nursing* ratios will be higher, but with help from 2 PCC, 2RN, charge nurse, med nurse etc.
First-timers accepted: No, unless 3+ yrs recent exp *1st time travelers typically do not do well at this facility*
On-Call: As needed
Weekend REQ: As needed
