JD:

• To ensure timely booking of all travel request as a when received considering company travel policy and Employee eligibility with all required approvals.

• To maintain MIS - records of all travel bookings and expenses for Reporting & audit purposes.

• To provide feedback of all bookings from internal customers in valid format.

• To establish healthy relationship with Travel Vendors such as Hotels, Airlines, Travel Agencies & Car rental agencies.
