**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as the lead point of contact for all domestic and international travel support.
+ Proficient in federal government systems
+ Prepare and process travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with agency travel policy, Department of State regulations and the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
+ Coordinate logistics such as airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and conference registration.
+ Maintain accurate travel records and reconcile travel expenditures.
