In this remote role, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable cruise vacations, providing expert guidance on itineraries, cabin selections, onboard experiences, and travel logistics. You will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and recommend cruise lines, itineraries, and packages that match their needs and budget. You will manage the full booking process from initial inquiry through final travel documents, while building lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
