Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings
• Assist customers with flight reservations, hotel accommodations, cancellations, rebookings, and itinerary changes
• Utilize GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo efficiently
• Provide accurate travel information, fare computation, and ticketing support
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure excellent customer experience and meet account performance metrics
Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years Travel Account or GDS experience
Knowledge in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo systems
