Key Responsibilities
- Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients’ expectations and budgets.
- Support clients throughout their entire booking journey, from inquiry to trip completion.
- Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
Skills & Expertise: - Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Office 365, at least one GDS system, Hotel BedBanks, and DMC interactions.
