What you will do
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails within travel assistances operations
Explain policy coverage and claims; triage urgent medical and travel cases
Coordinate hospital admissions, guarantees of payment (GOP), and medical transfers
Liaise with medical and non-medical providers (hospitals, clinics, airlines) and our assistance network
Log cases in CRM; follow through to resolution; escalate when needed, and share ideas to improve CX
