The **Travel Administrator I** shall provide Defense Travel System (DTS) Help Desk and administrative support to Strategic Systems Programs Management Information and Support Services Branch (SP16).
**Responsibilities**
+ Serve as subject matter expert on-site with responsibility for help desk operations, resolution of travel issues via helpdesk and face-to-face, accuracy of travel database(s), tables and certifications, and sustainment training requirements.
+ Research the Federal Travel Regulations to help resolve employee issues and complex problems associated with travel.
+ Coordinate development of traveler profiles, organizational data, reporting, budgetary, and document flow procedures in DTS.
