**Job Description**
Oversee all labor and trucking resources for transportation and delivery of refrigerated product to northern New England customers. Develop structures, route strategies, and programs in support of an effective transportation plan.

+ Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team of supervisors that are accountable, firm, and fair with their subordinates and work collaboratively with supervisory peers in other departments.
+ Drive a safety culture that ensures safety is the first priority each and every day. Support that objective with detailed oversight, timely behavioral coaching, leading safety objectives and effective use of driver safety systems to achieve operational excellence.
