Summary:

In the Transportation Supervisor position, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and maintaining efficient transportation services for the company at our Louisa, KY location. You will be responsible for directly supervising and managing Delivery Drivers domiciled in multiple locations, reporting to the Transportation Director. 

You will be an essential part of our team that has been servicing customers and delivering fine foods since 1942.

Role Profile:

+ Gate to Gate training with all new hires coming out of orientation.

+ Continuous development of all new drivers. (Pre-Trip Beginning Day)

+ Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

+ Organize, document and present driver observations.

+ Subject matter expert w/all driver processes. (Pod, Paperwork, Daily Deposits, Samsara transactions, etc.)
