SCHEDULE:
M - F, 9:00am - 5:00pm with occasional early starts and some weekends for transfers to state hospitals and/or coverage of staff vacancies or PTO.
JOB FUNCTION:
Provides transportation services for the consumer population while assuring for the safety of the consumer at all times and provides courier services as required by the Agency. Duties also include maintaining the Agency vehicles, filling out required paperwork (mileage form, safety form, etc.). Maintain daily transportation coordination and transportation schedule sheet. Oversees and maintains monthly, quarterly and annual files pertaining to the transportation department as required by FDOT, MPO, CARF, DCF, DJJ and related Agency rules, policy and procedure.
